I have spent more than 30 years as a professional engineer working in a variety of engineering disciplines including structural, mechanical, software, electronic, and systems engineering.

Having worked for very small local companies and large global organisations, I have been privileged enough to see a lot of the world. My work has taken me to building sites throughout the South West of England, and research and development companies, automotive component manufacturers, and vehicle OEMs across Europe and in USA, Japan, and China. My focus during much of this time has been on developing technologies to reduce vehicle emissions and improve customer experience.
My own experience tells me that the disciplines of engineering have much to offer in all areas of life and that a logical approach, careful analysis, creativity, courage, and sensible risk assessments can get you a long way towards your goals - whatever they may be.
